Experienced unexpected flooding in our basement starting on a Monday, Justin from Jcm was there on Tuesday to assess the situation (he was great). He proposed installation of a sump & triple redundant pumping system, and the following Friday (less than a week from initial ingress) there was a crew at our house doing the installation. Justin and his two guys were fantastic; very professional and efficient. They arrived around 8:30 and were gone by ~2:30 leaving a very professionally-installed-looking "triple pumpinator" system (my term). All in all fantastic experience with EFS.

gREAT WORK tHANKS AGAIN

John and Brandon is two fantastic people the work they done for me was definitely a 5 start result my foundation was leaking water for quite some time and got a few companys out to try repair it and always leaked a few weeks later. Jcm done it for me in June last year and I still ha e no water coming in and it has been really tested with the snow and rain

John and his crew did a great job repairing and securing our chimney. On very NW windy days there was a chimney downdraft causing the hot water boiler pilot to go out. This is no longer a problem. John’s crew discovered the chimney was moving with the strong wind and the very old lead flashing around the chimney needed to be replaced. John recommended we have this fixed but did not pressure us which we appreciated. We agreed to have this done as well. Now we have a nice safe secure chimney. Thank you John and JCM. I needed to clean up a recent leak and weather-proof the backside of the foundation. John came out and deemed it an emergency since there was electricity in the wall where the water was entering. The men started on Monday and very efficiently dug out the dirt and fixed the problem over four days. Everyday they cleaned up thoroughly. I hope I never have another wet basement, but if I do, I’ll call JCM Masonry.

We had Jcm do work for us 5 years ago on our basement floor we had water coming up true the floor they came out gave me a price. One mouth later they came and started the project 5 years later and still perfect thank you guys

Had jcm paving and masonry come around and take a look at our foundation that was dropping on one side they done up an estimate that was pretty reasonable. So the next day we hired them to do our project from start to finish they were brilliant and very professional clean and respectful of our home and kept me up to date every step of the way if I could give them 10 Stars I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
